and it may differ according to your nationality.
Some documents such as "Schedules for Stay"; or ";Letter of Reason for Invitation"; etc.
should be made by Staffs of JEPA in Sapporo University.
Please let us know what documents you need.
In order for us to make the documents, we need your information.
Please fill in the ";Form for making documents concerned with VISA application"; [DL]
and send it back to us with a photocopy of your passport or officiallyissued ID in PDF format by e-mail as soon as possible.
Since Japanese Consulate accepts genuine and correct documents only,
we should send those documents per Air-Mail instead of per e-mail.
It may take a long time. Therefore, you are strongly advised to send the filled in form to us
as soon as possible.
If you are not required a visa, please do not be concerned with this document.
